The scout is fast, light and very agile. Being the fastest class in TF2 makes the scout ideal for quickly busting through the enemy lines and leaving your opponents in the dust. This makes the scout very difficult to kill in the open and is further complicated by his ability to perform multi-directional double jumps. However, the scout is as weak as he is fast and can be easily taken out by a sentry or burned to a crisp by a flamethrower. Perhaps his best maneuver is a quick hit with his trusty bat (after all, nothing beats a high-speed hit and run bat attack).
