Luckily the creative wizards over at Valve have managed to breathe new life into the medic role making him indispensible and enjoyable to play. While you won't be taking down heavies or soldiers with the syringe launcher you can give your team the edge by boosting their health by 50%. The medi-gun can stream health to your team and as bonus the more you heal the faster you acquire Uœbercharge. Once activated Uœbercharge makes you and your subject invulnerable for a short time so make it count.
